Privacy
A quiet app should be quiet about your data, too.
eCanvas has no account, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Your favourites, recent wallpaper receipts, exhibition position, and downloaded painting cache stay on your device.

What stays on your iPhone
eCanvas stores the paintings you favourite, your place in an exhibition, a small receipt when a wallpaper is delivered, the local count of successful introductory wallpaper deliveries, the start and latest observed date of your free visit, and verified downloaded painting files in the app’s private storage. A temporary local reservation prevents Photos, file sharing and Shortcuts from spending the same complimentary delivery at once; failed deliveries release it. This information is not attached to an account and is not sent to the developer. You can remove favourites in the app, clear downloaded media from More, or remove all local eCanvas data by deleting the app.
Photos
eCanvas asks for Photos Add Only access only after you choose Save to Photos. Add Only lets eCanvas add the verified JPEG you selected; it does not let eCanvas read or browse your photo library. If you deny or restrict access, eCanvas offers recovery guidance and a Share or Save to Files alternative.
Apple Shortcuts
Get eCanvas Wallpaper verifies the painting you choose—or a randomly selected museum surprise—and returns that JPEG to Apple’s Shortcuts app. eCanvas does not inspect the actions you add after it and cannot tell whether Apple’s Set Wallpaper Photo action ultimately changes your wallpaper. A complimentary Shortcut delivery is counted only after the verified file is ready to return. Any other action or service you add to your shortcut follows its own privacy practices.
Painting downloads
The catalogue and small browsing images are packaged with the app. eCanvas requests a full-resolution painting only when you choose Look Closer or save a wallpaper. Each download is checked against its expected address, file size, JPEG type, dimensions, and SHA-256 checksum before it enters the private cache or Photos.
Like any internet service, the media host may receive standard connection information such as IP address, request time, and user agent for delivery, security, and reliability. eCanvas does not add an account identifier, advertising identifier, tracking cookie, or cross-app profile to those requests.
Purchases
Your first 15 days include the complete museum and up to 10 successful wallpaper downloads shared across Photos, Files/sharing and Shortcuts. Browsing remains available for the full 15 days even when the downloads are used sooner. After that, an annual subscription is required for the app and unlimited wallpapers. Your free visit ends without a charge. If you subscribe, Apple processes the purchase and automatic annual renewals through StoreKit. eCanvas receives only the verified product entitlement needed to provide access. The developer does not receive your card details. Restore Purchases contacts Apple only after you choose it.
Support email
eCanvas does not send contact details or diagnostics automatically. If you choose to email support or enquire about a canvas print, your email address and whatever you include in the message are received through the email services you use and are used only to answer and resolve your request, including discussing canvas-print options when you enquire. Do not include passwords, payment details, or private photos. Contact dittokoul@gmail.com for support.
What eCanvas does not collect
eCanvas does not collect contact details, precise location, contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, crash analytics, or data from other apps. eCanvas does not sell data and does not use data for tracking.
